THE INEVITABLE RISE OF AMANDA ELIASCH

Amanda Eliasch Hand Picked as Fashion Editor for Genlux Magazine

Beverly Hills, Calif. – March 3, 2009 – Genlux Magazine - the only luxury beauty and fashion magazine created expressly for today’s affluent Southern California woman - has enthusiastically and insightfully chosen the beautiful and talented fashion trend-spotter, recently published author, photographer and socialite extraordinaire, Amanda Eliasch, as their new Fashion Editor.

For Editor in Chief, Samia Arslane, Editor at Large, George Blodwell, and Creative Director, Stephen Kamifuji, Eliasch is a brilliant addition, an obvious if not inspired selection for this choice position. Appointed for her impeccable taste, skilled social savior fare and esteemed fashion savvy, Amanda brings both a universal as well as an individual aesthetic to Genlux.

Genlux is, after all, a luxury magazine. This means they have a very specific bent and clientele they need to serve. Committed as they are exclusively to fashion as well as beauty, Eliasch will, along with Genlux’s accomplished team of fashion forward editors, meticulously and artfully scour the greater Los Angeles area (and the globe) for the very latest in fashion, beauty and style trends; for theirs are discerning readers at the height of their game, ladies of great taste themselves, vivacious, fashion obsessed shoppers. Check out Genlux Magazine.

Born in Beirut, inhabiting stunningly exotic good looks, Amanda Eliasch is the daughter of celebrated writer and journalist Anthony Cave Brown and granddaughter of film director Sidney Gilliat. Amanda has emerged as one of the most interesting, chic and adventurous women working and is simply successful in every endeavor she pursues.

As the Fashion Editor of Genlux Magazine, Eliasch makes a brilliant contribution to an already brilliant magazine - and from their good judgment of signing her on and her instinct for all things beautiful, it seems like a match made in fashion!

KOCH CLIENT AMANDA ELIASCH THROWS SERIOUS BEVERLY HILLS BASH

PARTYING LIKE IT’S 2009!

EILEEN KOCH KEEPS GOOD COMPANY

Los Angeles, Calif. – February 20, 2009 – It is said that beauty breeds beauty and wealth breeds wealth, though both were proved astonishingly true at the glorious get-together hosted by the incomparable Amanda Eliasch, photographer and socialite extraordinaire. It is indicative of the kind of exemplary company that the equally inimitable Eileen Koch surrounds herself with and always has -- this was a night to remember!

Koch has always had an eye for ability, a drive for the ideal and an instinct for success. Thus follows an almost kaleidoscopic entourage of truly remarkable talent. Case in point: the Amanda Eliasch Bash in Beverly Hills for the launching of her book "Cloak & Dagger Butterfly," that boasted some amazingly brilliant and staggeringly beautiful lords and ladies, including actor Michael York, Kristin Cavallari, Lady Victoria Hervey, Rick & Kathy Hilton, Ronnie and Vidal Sassoon among a mighty list of many others.

Though a special shout must go out to the extraordinary live performance that brought the hot pink-imbued room to a veritable standstill, so plush with excitement, exuberance and sensuality the evening had suddenly become. A special gift, flying in from Paris to attend and perform, the other-worldly Dita Von Teese’s striptease single handedly flipped the vibe of the night and turned the party into something of a happening -- a truly thrilling and exquisite happening.

Amanda Eliasch, one of Eileen Koch & Company INC.’s most prized clients, intends to spend some time in Los Angeles, as well as her home in London where she lives with her bold and brilliant two sons. From her book, to dabbling in an array of artistic endeavors, extensive travel and social activities, Eliasch understands that “Flitting from one thing to the next is a rich woman’s prerogative.” But make no mistake; this is a lady on a constant quest for life’s richness and beauty.

The same can be said of Eileen Koch. A truly unforgettable evening. Just another notch in the increasingly expanding world of one of the most conscientious, hard-working and spirited individuals in the business. It is an ongoing process that Koch has engaged with meticulously and is most comfortable with. This, after a rock solid history of public relations prowess.

I LOVE PARIS IN THE SPRING TIME –
AND BEVERLY HILLS ALL YEAR ROUND

Beverly Hills - the Camelot of fashion - has a new Queen. And her accent is distinctly European. Lorena Sarbu, the uber elegant new boutique located on Bedford Drive is a mouth-watering, one-stop destination for ladies who long for luxury in their closet. Now they can shop for the ultimate in luxe – from daywear to cocktail dresses, gowns and accessories without the hassle of a ten-hour flight to Europe’s fashion capitals.

The stylish store, with traffic-stopping red and black mannequins beckoning you inside, features designers from France, Italy, Romania and London that you will not find in any other boutique. Inside, under beautiful chandeliers that Lorena (a designer herself) discovered in Prague, you will find clothing, jewelry and gifts unique to Lorena Sarbu. The store will also carry Lorena’s own line of couture and ready-to-wear in the near future.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with great attention to detail. The sales teams are connoisseurs of taste who know how to create a whole new style for you – or just enhance your current style with their to-die-for merchandise.

Allow Etincelle of Paris to entice you with their ready-to-wear knits with an amazing feel and totally elegant look; Vanda Catucci to play up your best features in sexy swimwear that has been featured in many Sports Illustrated swimsuit editions; and Romanian designer Maria Lucia Hohan to say, “Bon Soir,” with amazing cocktail wear that includes silk, full-length gowns, tops with beading detail and cocktail dresses.

Adore to adorn you in beautiful separates, including tops, skirts, sweaters and dresses; and Jekel (Paris) and Cubanis to caress you with their magnificent furs. Gorgeous cocktail wear (dresses and tops in silk and chiffon) is also available from Renato Nucci as well as separates (jackets, tops and pants) from French designer Nathalie Chaize. These pieces are perfect to mix with the boutique’s knits from other lines.

And the pampering continues with a stunning range of accessories: Freddie Oufi’s gorgeous leather purses from London that range from large handbags to colorful clutches and wallets; Evatini’s beautiful Italian luxury costume jewelry, featuring semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals - this collection includes necklaces, earrings, bracelets and cocktail rings from Milan; jewelry from By Boe which features sleek, elegant pieces that are handmade and feature gold, silver and colorful vintage beads; and Petit Mademoiselle, the French jewelry line, with its romantic, delicately detailed pieces.

This cornucopia of taste is all presented for your shopping pleasure in Lorena Sarbu’s striking signature red, black and gold store.

Lorena Sarbu’s flagship store is now open at 433 No. Bedford Drive, Beverly Hills, Calif. 90210. For all those ladies outside of Los Angeles who may be feeling deprived, a second store will be opening in Milwaukee in Spring 2009.

WE ARE ONE- INDEED!

Our Hot media release about Rock Star and Super Star.

Rock Star & Super Star Unite Kids In Need

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – January 28th, 2009 – Recovery has as much to do with timing as it does with care, and no one understands this more profoundly than Rock Star & Super Star. Devoting their lives to rocking and helping out, the high voltage R & R twins have created a non-profit venture that is literally changing and saving lives.

For kids in the early stages of recovery, focus, timing and security is critical. In an effort to engage their energies into a positive, more productive direction, RS & SS have developed We Are One, the first-of-its-kind alternative to the temptations that often pave a slippery slope into oblivion.

We Are One is essentially is a non-profit venture that allows kids who are early in their recovery to get OFF the street and INTO a healthy environment where they lose themselves through rock and roll by jamming, listening and creating. The good people at We Are One understand the significance of staying positive and surrounding oneself with other recovering addicts during the early stages of recovery. They also understand the importance of structure, leadership, teamwork and finding an alternative outlet in which to express oneself.

Rock Star & Super Star invite these wavering youths to join them in rehearsal, providing the rehearsal space, great energy, good people and good food. To these two insanely gifted brothers, there is little distinction between the future of these kids and the future of rock and roll. All is entwined in a kind of R & R community where the music and the care UNITES!

With a new book and CD aimed at seriously raising awareness about the struggles of addiction and its impact on others, it is imminently clear that Rock Star & Super Star have more in mind than the trappings of fame and fortune, theirs is a legacy of music, loudness and love!

The growing list of support for We Are One is already overflowing. With ANY donation, an autographed 8”x10” photo of Rock Star & Super Star (which is suitable for framing) is always included -- absolutely FREE -- but the benefits of support are incalculable. Donations can be made and sent to:

Kudos to Women Filmmakers At Park City Fete

Another media release for Women Filmmakers

HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. and PARK CITY, UTAH – January 16, 2009 – Two spunky non-profits are determined to create more opportunities for women in film and they will be spotlighting the success of women filmmakers during the Sundance and Slamdance Festivals. On Sunday, January 18, The Fund for Women Artists and the Alliance of Women Directors(AWD) will host “A Celebration of Women Filmmakers,” where they will salute the women filmmakers at Sundance and Slamdance.

The statistics on women in the film industry are daunting. Dr. Martha Lauzen of San Diego State University reports that only six percent of the top 250 films of 2007 were directed by women and more than 20 percent had no women at all in the key creative roles of director, writer, cinematographer, editor, producer or executive producer.

To beat these tough odds, The Fund for Women Artists and the Alliance of Women Directors recognize that successful female role models and new alliances of filmmakers and audience members are essential.

The Fund for Women Artists will invite film industry members to join their colleagues around the world for the second international Support Women Artists Now Day (SWAN Day) on March 28, 2009. SWAN Day is a celebration of women artists in all disciplines, held annually on the last Saturday of March as the grand finale of Women’s History Month. The goal of SWAN Day is to honor the full diversity, beauty and power of women's creativity.

The Fund for Women Artists is a non-profit organization that provides women artists with the resources they need through free online funding, networking, advocacy information, and by building alliances of women artists and supporters. The Fund for Women Artists’ website serves more than 500,000 visitors a year.

The Alliance of Women Directors is a coalition of working women film directors. AWD provides peer support, and furthers the art, craft and visibility of women directors through seminars, screenings, networking dinners and mentorship program.

“A Celebration of Women Filmmakers” will be held on Sunday, January 18 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Queer Lounge, 608 Main Street, Park City, Utah.

Thanks to: Queer Lounge and ABSOLUT ® VODKA.

Zander Bleck Hits The African "Festival Au Desert"

Here's a new release about singer Zender Bleck.

Immediate Release from "HOT from Koch"

HOT DESERT SOUNDS
NYC Singer Zander Bleck Hits The African "Festival Au Desert"

Los Angeles, CA (January 7th, 2009) Few musicians as talented, as committed & as smoking hot would have the coolness and the courage to cross endless miles of the Sahara desert (on camelback no less)- just to play their music-and in this country, Zander Bleck is that exception. The only American musician invited to participate in the African "Festival Au Desert" concert this year in Essakane, two hours from Timbuktu in Mali, Zander Bleck is paving the way for an emblematic and exotic music career.

A native of New Jersey, currently living in NYC, blessed with Adonis good looks, classic charisma and the musical talent to match, the twenty-four year old Zander Bleck is seriously taking America- and now the world-by storm. The Festival Au Desert is an ideal venue for the idealistic Bleck, as Led Zeppelin front-man Robert Plant enthusiastically explains of his own experience participating in this African music festival, "It's one of the few honest things I have been part of in a long, long time. It's amazing to play out in the sand. There are no doors, no gates and no money. It reminded me of why I sang in the first place." Bleck vehemently agrees!

The history of the festival is deeply rooted in traditional Touareg festivities, which represented for a long time a place for decision-making and exchange of information among the different communities. Initially, there were songs, poetry, traditional Touareg dances, as well as camel rides and games.

Today, the Festival is international in scope, with music as its main focus. Zander will be, in many ways, representing the United States, and with a new music video being filmed in Africa for "Beyond The Horizon", a video documentary to come of Zander's entire African experience, and the tremendous success of Zander's first release, "Get Up" (here is the "Get Up" music video). Zander Bleck is on his way to world-wide recognition!

Check out http://www.zanderbleck.com/ for more information on Zander Bleck, or http://www.festival-au-desert.org/ for more on this extraordinary event!
