"Boss Ladies"

When Red Label Media Group’s new reality series “Boss Ladies” hits the airwaves, the world will get an insider look into the lives of five special women - all unique, all beautiful, and all transgendered.

The first of the five cast members to be introduced in the following weeks is California native Nadia. Well versed in retail and cosmetics, Nadia will combine her skills with four other ‘boss ladies’ for one common goal: launch a clothing boutique featuring their own design creations.

Born and raised in West Hollywood surrounded by an average middle-class American family, Nadia’s interest in the education and advocacy of rights for the GLBT community has been a passion since early adolescence. Putting her corporate and commercial experiences to good work, she has been able to parlay the value of her professional connections to benefit charitable and nonprofit organizations. Recently relocating to Atlanta, Nadia frequently travels back and forth to California to continue her work with GLBT youth in the most economically suffering communities.

Makeup artist, fashion entrepreneur and about-to-become Primetime’s newest darling, the long-legged vibrant beauty with a golden heart is also eyeing the runway. Preparing behind the scenes with her fashion-driven co-stars, Nadia is planning to strut her stuff in the spotlight on center stage as a model in the near future.

Reality Wanted's Exclusive Interview with David Applebaum

Eileen Koch & Company INC's "Architect to the Stars" client, David Applebaum, was featured today on an exclusive interview with Reality Wanted:

This week, on Launch My Line, the teams were asked to create a daytime beachwear look. However, everyone chose their fabrics before knowing what each challenge would be and David and Julie were stuck making a beachwear item out of wool. His simple design got him eliminated from the competition and today, he spoke to RealityWanted in an exclusive interview about his experiences on the show and defend his designs.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How did you become involved with Launch My Line?
A. David: The truth is, I got a call one day with 2 questions: “Do you have a passion for fashion?” and “Have you ever wanted a clothing line?” Well, yes and yes. I believe that one starts living when one takes a chance, and Launch My Line has certainly turned into a wondrous adventure. (read more)

Applebaum was eliminated this week as a competitor on Bravo's new series, Launch My Line.

"Architect to the Stars" David Applebaum to be Featured in Bravo's Newest Fashion Series, "Launch My Line"

Eileen Koch & Company's client, David Applebaum will be participating in Bravo's newest fashion creative competition series, Launch My Line, featuring 10 established fashion designers paired with 10 industry professionals who are highly regarded in their own field of expertise, but have always dreamed of having their own clothing line. From stylists, music producers, event planners to CEOs and choreographers, the innovators will work with the established designers to bring their vision to life and create a fashion line. In the end, one team will be declared the winner and someone's clothing line will be launched.

Acclaimed designers, twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten of DSQUARED2 join Launch My Line as hosts, and fashion notables Stefani Greenfield and Lisa Kline serve as judges.

Each week the teams will be put to the test, as they have to rely on each other's expertise to get through the competition. Some teams form a natural connection while others have instant tension – but at the end of every episode a complete look from each team must walk the runway and be judged in front of a live studio audience.

Don't miss out on this exciting new series! Launch My Line will premiere on Wednesday, September 16 at 10/9pm (CST). For more info, visit BravoTV.
