Mikey Post Shines In Adam Sandler's Bedtime Stories

One of our clients, Mikey Post, makes a Big Impact in Adam Sandler's "Bedtime Stories."

Fortuitously released nationwide on Christmas Day, Bedtime Stories is a moving, charming, soulful and offbeat tale of the power of the imagination and magical realism of storytelling itself. And while the gregarious Adam Sandler takes the screen by storm in usual wily Sandler fashion, Mikey Post gives quite a memorable turn as Jimmy “The Angry Dwarf”-in what could otherwise be considered a smaller, role.

The actor sinks fully into his contribution and comes off as hilarious as he is genuine. If not necessarily a star-making model for Post, it is certainly something of an eye-catcher. Having appeared in such serious films as Black Knight, Rest Stop, Rest Stop 2, Killer Pad, Skid Marks, and on the TV show MADtv, Swift Mikey always makes his indelible mark.

In this Disney family fantasy comedy, Bedtime Stories, the film centers around the Bronson family, who sell off their familial hotel, leaving the dream-shattered Skeeter Bronson (Sandler) heartbroken, when big shot Barry Nottingham re-negs on promise to make him manager.

Without giving too much of this extraordinary jewel away, the story moves sweepingly forward and into a world of fantasy and dreamscapes-as Sandler is eventually embraced for his bedtime manner, winning over the precious hearts of the young, those who, captivated & willing, fall under his storytelling spell. VH1’s “The Pick Up Artist” Full Steam Ahead Into Season 2

Half- Yearly Public Relations Update

Company, INC. Our office has been so busy lately that we haven’t had
any time to blog! That is probably because EKC is still number one on Google when searching for a public relations company in Los Angeles.

We have been getting a wide range of calls for potential business
from all different areas – entertainment, fashion & beauty, medical &

What a Week!

Wow! What a month March has turned out to be for Los Angeles (LA) Public Relationss (PR) Firm, Eileen Koch & Company, INC....and it's not even half-way through. Boy, with the stock market up, looks like everyone is back up and ready to do PR business. That might have had something to do with the multiple calls we received for new business today...unless our praise should be directed toward the talents of Frank Buddenbrock, Eileen Koch & Company's (EKC) expert in search engine optimization (SEO). The phone has been ringing non-stop with calls from music producers, doctors, authors, entertainment companies, sports figures, fashion boutiques, and even chefs! Not to mention dancers, singers and actors.

Eileen Koch & Company (EKC) has sent out a thousand contracts (lol), so we are busy. One of our new clients signed to EKC on March 10th is My World of Sports, and we are very excited. We will be getting right to work on this account as My World of Sports, in association with Worldwide Fighting Championship will be presenting "Armageddon," a boxing event for the WFC Heavyweight Championship Belt.

Some people really don't understand how much work goes into public relations! It never stops! While EKC has been putting a lot of extra time into their potential new businesses (meetings, proposals, contracts, etc.) we do not forget our existing clients. Time is winding down for the big grand opening and fashion event that we are creating for Bella Nella Bride, a full service hair and makeup salon. We are excited that Los Angeles Weddings Magazine has decided to co-sponsor the event and have many others in the wedding industry that are very interested in participating. The BIG day is set for April 9th.

Thank God it's Friday

Thank God it's Friday! It has been a great week for Eileen Koch & Company, as our public relations business and marketing continues to boom. We received several new calls for branding in fashion, movies, beauty and fitness. Very timely, considering the Oscars is this weekend and fashion week is right around the corner. 

Things are only going to get busier, as we prepare for a number of upcoming events for our clients. In addition to musician Dennis Logan dropping his album at the end of this month, EKC-PR along with Breakout Entertainment are planning a big celebrity-filled, live music event come April.

With wedding season just around the corner, EKC-PR has been putting in a lot of work to ensure a very cool and hip European-themed Fashion and Beauty Event hosted by Bella Nella Bridal Salon in Beverly Hills. So far several bridal boutiques )ie: Renee Strauss, Richard Bowman, etc.) and magazines (L.A. Brides, Bride & Bloom, etc.) have shown great interest in participating. 

Well it is 9:00PM on Friday, so we closing our PR for just a few hours, as publicists need to eat and have a little fun.
