New York Media Looks to Eileen Koch for Insight on Blue Ivy's Birth

Jay-Z dropped a lullaby for his new baby girl Monday called "Glory," complete with vocals from Blue Ivy Carter, his new bundle of joy.

"The most amazing feeling I feel/Words can't describe what a feeling, for real/Baby I'll paint the sky blue, My greatest creation was you," the Brooklyn-born hip-hop star raps in the track, released on his website, LifeandTimes.com.

In the song, which ends with a wail by his new baby, Jay-Z reveals that he and superstar wife Beyonce endured an agonizing miscarriage and painful fertility problems before their child's Saturday arrival.

"Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you disappeared/But nah, baby you magic," he sings, also revealing that the child, whom he calls "B.I.C." in the song, was "made in Paris."

The baby's name was confirmed by fellow friend and actress Gwyneth Paltrow on Twitter and swiftly became a trending topic on the social media site.

Beyonce, 30, and Jay-Z, 42, married in 2008, and the "Single Ladies" singer was reported multiple times in the past two years to have been pregnant.

But Jay-Z's lyrics in the new song on Monday were thought to be the first time the couple had publicly spoken of previous pregnancies and a miscarriage.

Eileen Koch CEO of Eileen Koch Public Relations - who has done publicity for Jay-Z's 40/40 club - shot down the idea that "Glory" was an attempt to divert attention from reports that Lenox Hill Hospital was on "lockdown" to families of other newborns when Beyonce checked in on Friday.

"They had to block it off!" Koch said. "They're a very powerful couple and people go crazy when it comes to celebrities; this was about safety."

His tribute

Some excerpts from Jay-Z's revealing song "Glory," about his newborn daughter:

"Flase dreams and false starts/
All made better by the sound of your heart/
All the pain
of the last time/
I prayed so hard it was the last time."

"You're mama
said that you
danced for her/
Did you wiggle your hands for her?"

"God makes no mistakes, I made a few/
Rough sledding here and there, but I
made it through/
I wreak havoc on the world, get ready
for part two/
A younger, faster me."
